Information about reporting an incident
Thank you for taking the time and energy to report an incident of anti-LGBTQIA discrimination. We know that for many people, it isn’t easy to talk about these experiences. Your report will help us to improve and refine our statistical monitoring of anti-LGBTQIA discrimination.
On the following webpages, please describe the incident in detail and provide us with relevant information to help us gather data. If you are not familiar with certain terms that appear on the report form, you can consult ourglossary of terms.
Please do not include personal data like names, addresses or telephone numbers in the incident report form. For data protection reasons, we cannot store any information or data that could be directly linked to an individual. If an incident report containing such information is submitted, we will delete it immediately.
